I sent a message to the seller about it. I was told it's not his problem. Talk to the post office. Just a very rude person. My package ended up going to Puerto Rico before it got straightened out. I know the mail screw up was out of the seller's control, but the way he handled it was not right. I was the one to straighten it out with the PO. I promptly shipped item and problem was with USPS, not me. Even Ebay said I had done all I could and correctly! Now, this person wants to leave me negative feedback. I am about to block this person and would advise nobody to deal with a dishonest buyer like this man. I feel sorry for him.
