The seller said that the packing probably got infected by the party that he had purchased it from. So, I am left without the item and only get a partial refund. Disappointed.

Received it and it had nothing but the unit with it. When contacting the seller they were rude and only offered half a refund after falsely advertising this product. It was refurbished. Stated that it didn’t have a leash. All wireless units are leash free. Upon receiving it the leash was actually the collar, which was not in the description. Because even in the title it was written that the product did not have a collar. It was clearly stated that the part was missing. There was no rude behavior in the communication. It was approached completely in good faith. And the product was taken back and a full refund was made. Despite this, the buyer's use of such unpleasant expressions is at his own discretion. As a store, our sales for years and the comments we receive are obvious.
