The instructions on the back of the packet recommend that you infuse the leaves in boiling water at 100 degrees. I suggest that just using hot water as you have stated would not be hot enough. If the packaged arrived damaged, it was obviously not despatched that way. As soon as you complained you were immediately refunded the full amount. At no point did you request a replacement. Short of hand delivering it to you, and possibly making the coffee, I can't think how we can improve our service
