EBAY advised that if not refunded in 72 hours then contact them back! I contacted them and request a refund for the regional shipping refund of $21.00 and they never replied! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! It was our company that was harmed, we paid to send an item, we refunded the entire amount paid, and we still received negative feedback.
