They appear to be OEM LP-E6N Canon batteries with a manufacture date of 2023 and are new with Canon markings, not some second hand knock off. This is a great value as new retail Canon LP-E6N batteries from standard resellers cost close to $70. They are not meant for use in the R series mirrorless cameras, but WILL work, however, for less time then the LP-E6P batteries
