They originally sent the wrong wheel (front instead of rear) but they realised their mistake before it had even arrived and called me to arrange an exchange, driving the replacement wheel to me on the same day the first wheel arrived. Mistakes happen, it’s how you deal with them when they do, and I can’t fault them for how it was resolved.

He kept me updated throughout, sorted everything quickly, and even offered extra advice. His knowledge of Teslas is incredible and you can tell he’s genuinely passionate about what he does. Really impressed and would happily buy from him again.
