The item was shipped, packed very carefully and arrived at my location with zero damage. I would recommend this company to anybody excellent experience I wish more companies would like these guys the product arrived as described. There was a small little bit of scratch on the door, which the owner brought it to my attention before I purchased it. Excellent excellent value.
