MAX MANUS û MAN OF WAR is the thrilling tale of one man's heroic actions in the line of duty. The story's protagonist, Max Manus, is a Norwegian resistance fighter involved in liberating his country from the occupying Nazi forces. His ability to carry out sabotage attacks on the Germans with pinpoint precision earns him a reputation as one of Norway's elite. The Gestapo, meanwhile, are not oblivious to the threat posed by Manus and attempt to take him out. Ever resourceful, Manus manages to evade capture and goes on to form a group of urban fighters known as the 'Oslo Gang' who help drive out the enemy using guerilla warfare. Despite his numerous triumphs on the battlefront, Manus struggles to come to terms with the loss of his comrades' lives and the futility of war. Based on true events, the film's moving storyline and stunning visuals bring to life this epic chapter in World War II history.
