    This seller is very honest and sincere. We had a problem with the order that was caused by the shipping staff. The seller worked with me and provided a refund so I could replace the defective parts of the order as these were promised for a job.     Thank you for offering a complete package of items needed to get the equipment into service. The equipment looks to be in excellent condition and you offer and excellent value. The data/accessory plug is the only item missing that is needed to complete the package. You need to improve your packaging for shipment as the box with my gear burst open at one corner. Luckily nothing fell out. Use a larger box and more packing material between items, please!!
