Please keep in mind, that they have to make it, and that can take a few days, but they do get back to you, and they send pics of the work so that you can see it, before they ship it out. You can also go over any changes you’d like to make before they ship, which is why they send pics once finished. Once you give the okay, they ship it out to you. With the new tariff/import fees I was uncertain how it works. The seller shipped quickly, but until it cleared customs in the U.S. there was no tracking. I was nervous, but it arrived in U.S., I got a msg from UPS to pay import fees online and it was delivered 2 days later. From order to delivery in Virginia was 4weeks.... in case that helps anyone else.
