I took many photos of the doll including up close photos. I am not exactly sure what I could have done differently. I did not see a broken thumb when I shipped the product and you did not even tell me about this broken thumb. How am I supposed to help you out if you do not communicate anything with me? If you would have told me I would have taken care of you. :-(
