I asked the seller to refund my money as I showed proof the item was returned and I was told they have to receive the item. This is poor customer service. You’re not even receiving what you sent me so why I should have to wait is beyond me. I don’t leave reviews especially poor ones but i thought I would have gotten a better outcome being as though I’m the one sent the wrong item.
