Item arrived well-packaged, in a plastic bag which housed the plush and a blue drawstring bag. Item is close but slightly "off" from the images provided - not in coloration but in construction, materials used, and proportions that most Jellycat fans would immediately clock. The item has a longer neck than pictured. The item did not have odors and was indeed "new".
