The watch tool itself appears sturdy being made of cast aluminium and brass with the design making it easy to remove or tighten a thread based watch lid. I personally found the seller provided excellent communication, (via eBay and email), at the point where the tool was ready to be shipped. I was also pleased at the short transit time the order took to arrive at my address, considering it was posted from overseas.

When asked why gave the reason that I asked to cancel, they just ignored that question. Additionally, they waited for a full week before cancelling. VERY VERY POOR SELLER,. DISHONEST..
