That was very nice and they were also great at communicating along the way. The part I received was in great condition but the package was on the ground next to my mailbox... other than that it was the right part and looked fine. I asked how to return the part, and was advised to not worry about it as they dont have a replacement for the part I actually need, and was issued a full refund all the same.
