This Rug is fabulous quality and was perfectly & securely packaged Described as having dirt/shedding but far far better than I expected I can't find the 'dirt' and the shedding was very well documented in the description .. Excellent communication with regular updates. Helpful regarding delivery .. and their couriers are "the good ones" DPD delivery driver was over and above he carried this large rug up the stairs - what a bonus.
