The seller initially responded right away and did mention that they would offer a partial refund And would replace the part, however I've been trying to contact the seller for the last week and they are no longer responding. This is very poor customer service and I'm very disappointed.

When confronted, he promised a full refund, then VANISHED. Days later, he insulted me with a $40 credit on a $112 order. This was a bait-and-switch SCAM, plain and simple. The listing was FRAUDULENT, the product was JUNK, and the seller’s behavior was DISHONEST and MANIPULATIVE. Buyer beware: this seller cannot be trusted. AVOID at all COSTS!

Seller offered a refund that day, and that was the only communication I received from them despite sending several questions. Seller waited until the last day to send return authorization. I returned the pieces. Seller waited until the last day to issue refund. Very poor customer service! The entire process took 1 month. Beware!
