Only thing left for me is to find out why DHL charged me another 85$ when I received the package – the item, the shipping and Danish VAT was all payed. The goods were not subject to customs duty – so was the 85$ just "a minor expedition fee"? I wonder what I payed for, and I didn't get an invoice. Anyway – not seller's fault! Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars!

The packaging was great: camera very protected. While the item was ultimately not functioning as described, Ao (the seller) was responsive and keen to find a solution that worked for both of us. He offered a full refund - which ultimately didn’t work to my benefit because of the Tariffs US customers have to pay - but still agreed to a partial refund to cover the cost of repair locally.

The packaging was safe for the long ride to the US, the shipping times was super fast, I got in a couple of days. The tarriffs and import costs were included in the shipping costs, so no surprises there. It makes it a great value, compared to cameras sold here in the US. Ao was great in helping me when I thought the camera malfunctioned, but they were my rookie mistakes! Ao was very professional and helpful throughout. Arigato gozaimasu!!
