Opening the box the packaging was poor just a little packing paper to separate the irons. The heads and grips weren't wrapped with any kind of protection and still had dirt all over the heads. Then I noticed 3 shafts were bent. Left an email asking to have a partial refund due to the bent shafts and got response 3 days later saying they can only refund the whole order. Good company but should adjust policy for such orders.

Before purchasing, I had a question to the seller, and they responded very promptly. Shipping cost was FREE. Wonderful.
