When I contacted the seller all he said was “send it back” . that doesn’t work for me! I ended up keeping the iPad for the only reason that I already promised to someone and return it will take at least another 3 days! I don’t think they were interested in resolving the matter!

The box was flimsy had a big hole in it by the time I got it, almost big enough that if it wouldn't have had the bubble wrap on it it would have fallen out.
