My purchased item gets mailed to somewhere in PA and not to FL. When asked about the problem he created he just throws money at it via a refund and walks away, yeah got refunded my purchase costs but this type of individual just causes mayhem, frustration, and wastes our time for the rest of us that conduct business on ebay.
