I received it in good condition, and it was carefully packed so it didn't get damaged during transport. The price was also reasonable compared to what the dealership offers. The package arrived really fast, which made me very happy. It fitted well, so overall I am happy. They also have very responsive customer service, which is always a big plus.

Item listing listed Tennessee (I believe) which is not accurate or at least led me to believe the item was coming from inside US when it was actually shipped from China. I was not able to use the item as it arrived late.

He suggested to me to return the item and he will refund the item and he also offered to pay for the shipping as well.
