The box was ripped, the cover is scratched and mounting tabs are all bent with paint flaking off. It looks like it got dragged here by the delivery truck. Also the picture shows a handle. The handle was removed from panel ? This panel doesn't look new. / Ebay won't allow me to submit my feedback without selecting positive.
