There was an initial misunderstanding on my part thinking that the product was not the one that I had ordered, so I communicated this to TM Galaxy. The representative was communicative but disagreed with my finding. I double checked with Supermicro, and indeed TM Galaxy did sell me the CORRECT product as advertised. It's just that the SATA DOM was not compatible with my AsrockRack motherboard. I apologized for the confusion, and the representative was very understanding.
