The original factory ties were loose and remade incorrectly. The box was torn and crumpled. I'm from Brazil and my aunt brought it to me as an order for the customer. The customer didn't accept it because he didn't buy a used product, highlighting once again that the advertisement is blatant in saying that the product is new.
