The two pieces I received looked nothing like the picture and had dings in the ground surface. The second fly cutter I received was as per the picture. I mounted the blade on the arbor and spun it in my mill and it wobbles out of true by .020” of an inch. Essentially worthless. Photo shows what I got the first go around.

All three sets of wheels are the same. (That was a point I missed, but is as described) I have not tested it. It does look to be exactly as described.
