I'm assuming they didn't charge me enough for shipping the item, but did absolutely nothing to actually remedy the problem. For clarification, the customer selected eBays International Shipping program, which we shipped it to eBay's international warehouse facility in IL. eBay could not import to you, so they decided they could not ship international for you. They refunded your order and still has the part actually. If you need international shipping, please contact us directly for rates. We are un-sure why they did not either.. They still have the box at their facility and never returned it to us. This is a first for us as the international program is a new offering from eBay.
