Just delivered and looks 100% genuine, and now charging, pin was a bit stiff to insert but it's new, cord length is very long. Glad I ordered from this seller and paid a bit more, thought cheaper versions not up to scratch and could blow the electrics! Thank u so much, very pleased so far!

I contacted the seller and after sending a reminder I received a reply. It was agreed I would return the item, using free postage and receive a full refund. The issue is now resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thank you.
