I had one issue with one of the rails had split because of a screw I am pretty handy so I have some clamps and wood glue and glued it back on and it's just like new. My dogs using it it works really well I really like the adjustability of this ramp. She was nervous climbing up those up. This ramp makes life so much easier for her! Even though it’s nicely carpeted, I needed to put a runner on it so she wouldn’t slip going down. It looks really great. It’s very sturdy. if you’ve ever priced ramps then you know this is a fantastic deal! The delivery was timely and it was packaged well. I’m guessing this excellent seller chooses to sell customer returns as used rather then new. The ramp is very sturdy and, even the seller’s “new” price is great. The carpeted ramp is the ideal non-slip surface. The unfinished wood looks great. Our solid, senior, pittie would not use steps to get in our bed. Last night, she went up the ramp, with minimal coaxing and treats. This morning she went down the ramp on her own!
