The package arrived in 3 days, from the other side of the world. Not to mention the sax is in fantastic condition for a used item. They answered my questions promptly and were very understanding of any concerns I had. Even with the tariffs, the price was better than anything I'd seen on Marketplace. I sent them a couple of questions and they always responded quickly, and always very polite. They even negotiated with me on the price, even after they had “eaten” the 10% tariff by offering a coupon for 10% off the price. I have not yet seen my tenor sax because it arrived at a dhl facility since we were on vacation, but I have no reason to doubt their honesty in the presentation of the product.
