There was no bubble wrap at all around the mugs, just a thin plastic bag and paper. I am extremely disappointed as I really like the mugs. As a comparison, I had ordered another set of 7 mugs from another company, and they arrived in perfect shape. They were very well wrapped and protected with bubble wrap. Don't think I'll order from eBay again.

And it was a hard to locate item since so many of them are electronic now. Great value for the price. It was still in the plastic. No complaints. If they had the inventory, I would only buy bathroom amenities for grocery stores from these guys. Excellent experience.
