It was if i bought a cheap knock off from taiwan. The best part is i was sold a product that was not in stock. To get it on time i had to pay for shipping. Bad bad experience.

Petcock was packed inside the box to protect it. Processing and shipping time was good (although no amount of time is fast enough when you need a part)😂. Very happy with my purchase experience. Will definitely shop again.
