The seller stated Tracked 24, that is exactly what happened. The item, despite being sent in the Christmas period, arrived two days earlier than the earliest estimated delivery date. The item was exactly as described by the seller. I asked an admin question and it was responded to quickly. Well done seller.

Was listed as new, other, however, was definitely not new/used as the base sticker was absent and was dirty. However, the unit was in great condition ie used/like new and works, so let it slide this time. Would still buy from again.

Upon informing the seller they quickly ran though potential fixes before deciding to send me a replacement disc at their cost. Fantastic customer service in which I was informed of every step they were taking to resolve my issue. Second disc arrived within a very reasonable timeframe and loaded immediately without a problem.
