It is kinda' half way between a skin and a thick case, so maybe not as much protection as other, thicker cases. I contacted the seller (with photos) and they have been less than helpful. Seller: We will give you 10% refund… Me: NO… Seller: we will give you a 15% refund… Me: NO… Seller: we will give you a 20% refund… Me: NO. The case is cheap, fake carbon fiber and the seller is giving me the run-around. Don’t buy from this seller… lots of better options out there.

Only issue is that it doesn't offer protection on sides, meaning screen is vulnerable if placed face down. I also doubt it would offer any significant drop protection but it's a good non-slip carbon fiber material so that should help prevent drops.

I requested a return, seller approved it but selected the option on their end that they provided me a return shipping label, they actually did not. I tried messaging them multiple times, no response. I had to take my own time reach out to eBay for a label. Then the address on the label provided was undeliverable by USPS. Very fishy seller. Do not support or purchase.
