In 3 weeks, they haven't replied, not even as a courtesy. My item was advertised as "Looks brand new, no dents or visible scratches" but arrived with damage/dents on two corners. Accessories stated in the listing were also not included. Because of this seller's complete lack of communication, I now need to get eBay involved. The hassle of this terrible customer service is not worth your time
