Two of the drives had slightly less health than advertised but the seller communicated clearly and issued a partial refund. Other than the drive health, the drives were exactly as described. Would buy from this seller again!

The computer was also securely packaged. Excellent communication, the seller contacted me late Friday (the day I ordered the computer) to remind me that they don't ship on weekends. 5 Star seller.

The packaging was adequate and the product arrived in excellent condition with the exception of a few scratches. After all the computer is refurbished. The seller refunded part of the purchase price and I was satisfied in the end because the quality of the internal parts used to refurbish the computer was as described. The computer performed very well. I would purchase a computer from this seller again.
