So that was not a problem but mentioning it to help out others that technology can help with that. Other than that it’s great and can’t wait to use it. I’d buy other devices from them.

At multiple points it looked like UPS or customs planned to dispose of the package - even after I had paid tariffs! I spent three hours on the phone with UPS only to be told “yes, we are definitely going to dispose of it.” Anyways, weeks later, I have it, and it’s great. The seller was patient despite this being a complete mess for both of us. Item is as described.

It came in fully wrapped in factory wrapping and as expected, it is working perfectly and I already flown it several times. I bought the Mini 5 Pro from this seller because it is not available in the US. His pricing was close to the retail price; he was pretty reasonable. His projected date of delivery was 3 weeks but it came in 10 days. So I'm impressed that he did not over promise.

My 2nd purchase from a Japan store. 1st purchase was a Talica 16 2 speed. THinking about purchasing the 50 model....Great customer contact email from the Japan Premium store .. Overall a fantastic buy. Took about 2 weeks to arrive so order now if you are planning a fall or winter trip....
