I had 2 of these so sent the guy a label, told him to put the mistaken item back in the mail to me & I would get another one out. He got mad & requested a return. I accepted right away. The day I received it back he asked when I would mail the ring. I gave him the options & apologized if he misunderstood when I told him I just needed proof item was mailed. He got mad again, said he didnt trust me & asked for refund so I did.
