Fair play to seller he kept me up to date when I returned the item and was quick to offer refund back to me. There was a mix up with wrong strap sent out to me as he has a lot of Omega watch straps that he sells. It was a shame because other than the missing part there was no scratches etc on the strap. He is a genuine business seller that is why I got refund.
