This seller made a mistake on the listing I purchased and put glass when the item was actually plastic, which is perfectly fine. I understand people make mistakes. What was unacceptable was how rude and defensive the seller was when politely confronted with this mistake. They then ignored me for days until eBay had to step in to issue me a refund. Very unpleasant experience.
