I needed a color code 69I and they were the only seller that told me I could return the dash with free return shipping if the color was not correct. Quality was as advertised, brand new and it looks great, I believe this was a good value especially as compared to a used OEM dash. - n***y (3)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter Kaufafter speaking with the sales and customer service department.. and they informed me of what happened to the second mount and why it hadn t arrived with the first one . i realized i had made my review without taking into the details of the shipment.. my issues were handled within hours of my disappointment and harsh comments.. the maim issue was a courier error and not the sales or customer support. they were very courteous. efficient and polite.. treated me with respect and prompt response.

Apparently there were two different packages offered by GM and I had the other one. The vendor communicated fast and well and issued a refund extremely fast and even apologized though it wasn’t their mistake. Great customer service. Hopefully I will find products they have in the future. Great vendor to deal with. Thanks Randy V
