I received damaged package, partly unsealed, with some of smaller contents missing (blades, spanners, handle etc.) I contacted the sellers and, after an exchange of emails and some photos, they arranged a new delivery of the full package within a couple of days so now i have all items and some spares.

The item was well packaged and everything was included as per the seller's description, all in perfect condition. The item appears to be of good quality construction and I think it will perfectly suitable for my requirements, and at a great price point. The seller kindly intervened with the courier to expedite delivery on my behalf, as it was held up in their depot and not delivered when expected. The seller communicated with me throughout the process.

They Replied that there was an error on the bike description: this bike doesn’t have training wheels and offered some money off however we requested a return instead. The seller was so kind and generous & replied “no need to return” & refunded me the money. My son is so happy. Thank seller
