About the author Dr. Max Jalowski is a postdoctoral researcher at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), Department of Information Systems, Chair of Information Systems - Innovation and Value Creation (Prof. Dr. Kathrin M. Möslein).
