The other pair I ordered were unavailable so they helped me choose a different shoe and I loved the communication and great customer service. Thank you! The price was more than I would have liked to pay but worth it with the customer service! I was pretty disappointed with the shipping method, though. My shoes were shipped in just a plastic bag, so the box got pretty smashed while in transit. I expected packaging that would better protect my purchase. Fortunately, the shoes weren’t damaged, and I was happy with the item I received.
