They suck people up when it comes to customs clearance, where they know they have the option to request a one-time customs tariff number but they don't. Instead, the customer has to handle it personally, which takes days for the customer. Their phone customer service is also terrible. The seller's product is beautiful. Thanks to the communication with the seller and his willingness, I received the product. Thank y
