This company communicated with me extremely well in every aspect of the delivery. The post office (not this company) damaged my poster. When I mentioned this to this company they replaced it for me and were incredibly courteous with me. I will definitely purchase from them again. A second poster was sent and seems to have been lost in the USPS system after a week. Seller replies with AI generated text about their shipping policies and not willing to fix their process or deliver the product promised on time. They haven’t replied to my request for payment refund. Replacement shipped 9/30. Buyer somehow expected delivery on 10/4 (in 3 business days!). 10/6 Buyer convinced himself it was lost, unreasonably demanding another replacement via expedited shipping, along with threats if not delivered ‘on time’. 10/9 he opened INR, leaving this negative review. 10/11 replacement delivered. We responded to each of many messages directly, personally, professionally. Beware this Buyer!
