It's brand new, as described, it was packaged securely, and the shipping time wasn't bad at all, coming from Canada and all. The value is great, I got a discount from the seller for showing interest, and I was glad about that. I wouldn't have ordered just 1 as its not worth the postage. When the hat arrived, the description said nothing about it being covered in gold sequins and nor is that hat adjustable!!!.
