Seller said it was transit damage or customs handling despite pictures showing packaging and seal intact, advised me to raise a claim against ebay shipping. That would have been a falsehood. Poor product and poor customer service.

On framing, it was obvious that the paper quality was poor, there were several indentations causing the picture to have a rippled effect. I reached out to the seller for a solution with pictures and they said it was obviously damaged in transit and to make a refund claim against ebay. It wasn't, it was poor quality handling by their staff.
