If I had not been computer literate, I would have been extremely upset by this. It is in the description but I think it’s very shady to not include this in the title. Good laptop, shady on the os. Would certainly do business with them again, I'd just need to verify what's in the listing.

Packaging was well done; my only problem was that I was not able to set up the unit without creating a Microsoft account, and there was no way around it. The seller did suggest some ways that did not help. so I have to setup the unit with a fresh Windows 11

I also appreciated the fast shipping and prompt (and accommodating) response when there was a slight flaw with the battery health. Excellent customer service, 10/10 (5/7;) would buy from them again. (I'd also add that it was a great bargain - a great product and competitive pricing for what I received)
