They were out of stock or they would have replaced with a new one. The communication was always within 24hrs and my refund showed up 3-4 days of me receiving the item. They also let me keep the item as it was broken and can’t be fixed but that saving of hassle it takes to return wasn’t on me and I appreciated that very much!
